- Art on the menu is the test kitchen of a foodie artist. From the humble to the haute, cardboard to paint, I never read a recipe without a brush, or glue, in my hand.
My recipe card says food is beautiful! It's a full course meal of taste, color, shape and texture. And that's what I'm serving up here through painting, constructing, baking and cooking!

The head kitchener (Patianne): she paints, cooks in The Cardboard Kitchen, cooks in the "other" kitchen, and taste tests.
The Sous Chef (Jim): he squeezes lemons, shells peas, pits cherries, taste tests, and naps.
